What does "Peacemaker" mean?

Peacemaker is the name given to the integration layer in PULSE DeepConnect. It is the controlled interface to third-party systems: agents do not access your systems directly, but exclusively via Peacemaker and defined endpoints.

For authentication, the target system can return a personal access token. This token is sent along with subsequent requests so that the target system can recognize the user and apply roles and rights. This ensures that data transfers remain secure, traceable, and under the control of the system rather than the agent.
