Düsseldorf, November 13, 2025 - Tech company 99BOTS is launching Pulse DeepConnect, a new generation of service agents. The solution is aimed specifically at regulated industries and promises investment security and independence from tech giants, thanks to its model-independent architecture.

Solution depth instead of surface automation

Unlike conventional chatbots, which, according to 99BOTS, remain superficial in 90% of cases and only manage concerns instead of solving them, Pulse DeepConnect relies on in-depth industry expertise. The GDPR-compliant software also closes the "compliance gap" of generic AI: standard LLMs and superficial chatbots are an intolerable compliance risk for companies. They can hallucinate facts, cannot map audit-proof processes and therefore risk the greatest asset: customer trust.

The key innovation lies in the model-dynamic architecture: Pulse DeepConnect can switch flexibly between different AI models, thereby avoiding dependence on individual technology providers. This flexibility is intended to offer companies long-term investment security.

Tests have shown that teams save up to 80 percent of routine tasks by using Pulse DeepConnect. The solution is available immediately.

Outlook: Agent-to-agent communication

With Pulse DeepConnect, 99BOTS is positioning itself as a pioneer for a future in which AI agents communicate with each other. "In a few years, AI agents will be talking to AI agents. We are building for this future," says Döll.

The company sees itself as a pioneer of process-secure conversion AI “Made in Germany,” also aiming to provide a European solution to counter the overpowering US market.
