Our co-founder and CEO, Stephan Döll, demonstrated how this works live last week at the AI Pension & Drinks event hosted by Pensions-Akademie e.V.

Under the title “Vibe Coding—From a Benefits Plan to an Employee Portal in 30 Minutes,” the session didn’t spend much time discussing the possibilities of AI—it jumped right in: the benefits plan as the starting point, AI as a tool. And within 30 minutes, a fully functional employee portal was created live, without writing a single line of code.

The demo showed just how fundamentally AI is transforming software development: Today, functional prototypes can be created in no time at all based on business requirements—even in a complex environment like occupational pension plans.
