With our presentation on "Conversion AI", we at #99BOTS showed that there is a way to do this:
Recurring communicative tasks must be taken over by AI across all channels, with valid, structured transfer of results directly into the target system.
Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers and an ageing society, this is not a "nice-to-have", but the only chance to make processes efficient and user-oriented.

In addition to our presentation, there were many other highlights, such as practical examples from TEEKANNE Germany and Vodafone, the exciting review and outlook by Prof. Dr. Andrea Cornelius on AI development in occupational pension schemes
and strong impulses from the USA in the presentation by Arndt Gossmann.
